Return or Exchange Online – Its Easy – Follow These Simple Steps

3. With Exchanges in FREE Shipping Items must be in New and Unused Condition. ARS Fees will be waived. Exchange Value can be used for FREE Ground shipping and only applies to online exchanges.

Returns UPS Pick UP - Your Cost $20 (Surcharges May Apply)
UPS will come by and pick up at the location of your choice in the Continental United States. They will only come by during business hours and no time can be chosen. They will pick up on their regular daily route. No specified time can be chosen.
***The Return cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. UPS Authorized Return service is only available in the Continental USA.

Next Day Air Orders and 2nd Day Air Orders will on ship the same day if order is placed by Noon the same day. Orders placed with a Expedition shipping on order will ship out according to the Delivery stated on www.golfersedgeonline.com. If Delivery can not be met, the customer will be notified immediately by the sales department or customer service.
Golfers Edge Online Exclusive Two Year Warranty:
Covers all manufacturing defects experienced through normal use. Golfers Edge Online reserves the right to determine if warranty claims are invalid due to unusual abuse. This is determined by the manufacturer of the product. All Questions have to be referred to www.golfersedgeonline.com.

Pricing and Availability Policy:
Prices & availability are subject to change. Prices for every item can be received by website or quoted over the phone. We cannot quote any prices via email because of the manufacturer's restrictions. Golfers Edge Online will contact UPS and File a Claim with UPS. UPS will investigate the situation in which takes 1 to 8 Business days. The product MUST be picked up by UPS. Once a product is picked up for damage, Golfers Edge Online will ask you whether you want a Full Refund or for the merchandise that got damaged.
